PRISM ACQUIRES SIGNIFICANT STAKE IN LIRAN WIZMAN’S SIRCLE COLLECTION

Sunday PropTech, part of Ritesh Agarwal’s PRISM Group, has made a significant strategic investment in Sircle Collection, backing the hospitality group’s next phase of global expansion.

Sircle Collection is an Amsterdam-based independent group of creative hospitality brands focused on design-led, experience-driven services and products designed for the modern traveler. Founded in 2011 by the award-winning hospitality entrepreneur and developer Liran Wizman, the Amsterdam-based company has grown to include four hotel brands all set in some of Europe’s most inspiring cities and neighborhoods including Sir Devonshore Square in London.

“Over the years, we’ve built Sircle Collection around a simple belief: great hospitality should have character, shaped by design, culture, community and memorable experiences,” said Liran “We’re incredibly proud of how far Sircle has come. From my first conversations with Ritesh, we quickly found a shared entrepreneurial mindset and a belief in building businesses with a strong sense of identity. While we come from different sides of the industry, we saw how naturally our strengths could complement each other. With Sunday PropTech, we have the opportunity to open new doors and grow Sircle Collection into new markets while staying true to what makes each of our brands distinctive.”

From the start, Sircle has viewed hotels as an integral part of city life, bringing together design, culture, food, community and experiences to create destinations with a distinct sense of place. The partnership with Sunday PropTech provides a platform to build on that foundation, growing Sircle Collection’s hotel management portfolio in existing and new markets and taking brands including Sir Hotels, Max Brown and The Cover private members’ club into new cities and markets, while preserving the individual identity and creative spirit that make each one distinctive.

“We’ve spent the last decade building brands that people want to be part of, not simply places they want to stay at,” added Wizman. “This partnership gives us the opportunity to take that spirit further and introduce Sircle to new cities, markets and communities around the world.” The announcement comes at a time of strong momentum for Sircle. In 2026, Sir Prague was named one of the World’s Most Beautiful Hotels by UNESCO Prix Versailles, one of just 16 hotels selected worldwide. Across the portfolio, Sircle continues to earn recognition from leading international titles and industry organisations, with its hotels and brands featured by Condé Nast Traveller, The Telegraph, GQ, Architectural Digest and others.
