Chelsea in Bloom at ELLEN Kensington

To celebrate the return of the world-renowned Chelsea Flower Show and the borough’s much-loved Chelsea in Bloom festival, boutique hotel Ellen Kensington is proud to unveil a limited-edition Bloom Brunch experience in its signature restaurant, The Lacquer Room. This enchanting culinary event is a fragrant and fashionable tribute to this year’s official show theme ‘Flowers in Fashion’ and will run till Sunday the 25th of May!

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring floral-inspired dishes, such as gourmet avocado on toast, The Ellen Omelette, garnishes of edible flowers, floral-infused teas, and fresh floral pastries and exquisite cocktails, served in the serene and stylish surroundings of The Lacquer Room — a true hidden gem in the heart of Kensington. And as a final flourish, each guest will receive a fresh flower wrist corsage — a beautiful, wearable keepsake that perfectly echoes this year’s floral fashion theme. All for only £45 per person.

A designated Blue Plaque building, Ellen Kensington overlooks the historic Barkston Gardens, and is named in honour of Dame Ellen Terry, a celebrated actress of her time and former resident of the property. Her legacy of timeless elegance and creative spirit lives on through the hotel’s graceful interiors and imaginative dining experiences.

The Lacquer Room features a private outdoor terrace, a light-filled private dining room, and immersive countertop bar and dining experience, making it the perfect backdrop for celebrating Chelsea in Bloom in Style.Reservations for The Lacquer Room’s Floral Breakfast & Brunch are now open via www.ellenkensington.com.
