UK Sotheby’s International Realty Unveil Landmark Local Office

UK Sotheby’s International Realty has strengthened its dominance in West London with its fifth office and a handpicked team of esteemed local property experts. The brokerage is launching a new flagship office on Kensington Church Street. This marks the business’ fifth outpost in just two years, underscoring its grip on London’s super-prime property market. The new office will primarily serve Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park and Bayswater, fortifying the firm’s foothold in Central West London. This move also bolsters the brokerage’s strategic expansion beyond its Prime Central London stronghold, extending its reach across the capital and into key markets throughout the United Kingdom.

MEET THE TEAM

A handpicked team of sales and lettings agents will be at the helm of the new office, bringing in decades of experience, granular market knowledge and an unrelenting client-focused approach.

Senior Sales Director Mark Redfern has spent over two decades in Prime Central London, with a focus on Kensington and Notting Hill.  Senior Sales Director Gareth Jones, drawing on 25 years of expertise, primarily specialises in Kensington and Holland Park in addition to Notting Hill.

Senior Sales Director (Consultant) Nick Crayson is a Notting Hill and Holland Park specialist, with over two decades of experience in the area.

Senior Sales Director (Consultant) Maria Oliveros possesses in-depth knowledge of Notting Hill, Kensington, Holland Park and Bayswater.  In a similar vein, Senior Sales Director Josh Ratcliffe mainly focuses on Notting Hill, besides having expertise in Kensington, Holland Park, and Bayswater.

Senior Sales Director Alister Sherwood specialises in Notting Hill, Holland Park, Kensington and Queensway, while Sales Director Charles Hamshar primarily operates within Notting Hill, Holland Park and Kensington.

Tacita Rolls, Lettings Director, and Minnie Stainrod, Director of Sports Desk and Lettings, collectively bring over two decades of experience and will spearhead rental transactions across Kensington, Holland Park and Notting Hill.

Several exceptional properties in the area are exclusively listed with the brokerage, including a £19M award-winning freehold on Phillimore Gardens, a £9.5M stucco-fronted house on Argyll Road and a rare detached property that backs directly onto Holland Park, listed at £27.5M. The former residence of novelist Ford Madox Ford is also available to rent for £10,000 per week.

George Azar, Chairman & CEO of Dubai, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia Sotheby’s International Realty, commented, When we relaunched two years ago, we set out to disrupt the UK’s super-prime property market and have achieved many milestones since. Our new office in Kensington reaffirms this mission, as we continue to drive growth, innovate, and establish new standards for exceptional, luxury living. We are committed to redefining the client experience and take pride in delivering the world-class service expected from the Sotheby’s brand.”

The opening of the new office is a direct response to increasing demand from a new generation of discerning clients – particularly families drawn to West London’s most coveted postcodes. These neighbourhoods offer everything they value most: outstanding schools, expansive green spaces, a strong sense of community, and exceptional connectivity. With this expansion, United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty is ideally positioned to help clients find homes that reflect and support their evolving lifestyles.
