Heaven Scent: Electimuss London’s new Aquila Absolute fragrance has landed

The gorgeous bottle is just the beginning … niche perfume brand Electimuss London has launched Aquila Absolute: a celestial scent inspired by astrology and named after a night sky constellation.

On the luxe blue and gold bottle, you see The Aquila eagle, King of the Skies, symbolising power, beauty and immortality. Aquila is the free spirit and courageous heart behind this stellar scent.

And the scent itself, created by perfumer Julien Rasquinet, reflects all of this. Unisex in appeal, it has notes of leather and fruit, with top notes of raspberry and cardamom flaring majestically before yielding to Turkish Rose, spicy honey, Egyptian geranium and the leathery loveliness of Violet Leaf, before finally unfolding into the sensuality of a woody amber base comprised of white oud, patchouli and labdanum.

Explaining the inspiration for the scent – which has been described by perfumeofmax as a ‘celestial masterpiece’ the Electimuss website says:

“Inspired by the Aquila constellation of the eagle, this cosmic perfume expresses the power and beauty of the mighty eagle soaring. To the Romans, Aquila was King of the Skies and a zodiac sign representing beauty, light and immortality.

Electimuss means “to choose the best” and that ethos is at the heart of our presentation and our perfumes.

Our presentation is unashamedly luxurious and we are excited to be presenting a brand new midnight blue bottle: a precious jewel adorned with shimmering gold stars with the Aquila constellation hidden within.”

Priced at £295 for 100 ml
