An All-Day Drive-In Film Extravaganza Comes to Embassy Gardens This Saturday

Located just near Battersea Power Station, Embassy Gardens is London’s hottest new address, with its riverside location, contemporary, light-filled apartments and incredible Sky Pool. Made from perspex, the design of the pool allows you to float both in water and in the air.

While the Sky Pool is, sadly, only available to Embassy Gardens residents and their guests, other events are being held here throughout the summer, including an all-day drive-in this Saturday, 11th May.

With the sun now shining, it’s the perfect time to pull up a deckchair and enjoy a classic film in an open-air setting.

Of course, a deckchair is just one option – in true drive-in style, you can also bring your own car. Best of all, however, you can hire a classic car for that true vintage feel.

The day starts at 10am, with a screening of the 1967 version of The Jungle Book, followed by Back to the Future at 1pm. Later on, guests can enjoy ABBA classic Mamma Mia! at 4pm followed, at 8pm, by Top Gun.

Food and drink from The Alchemist will be available throughout the event, with everything from brunch burritos and rolls to delicious flatbreads, burgers and ice cream. There will also be summery cocktails, mocktails, juices, beers and wines (including non-alcoholic options), all delivered straight to your car. Traditional movie snacks, such as popcorn and pick ‘n’ mix will be on offer too.

Tickets are priced per film, from £8.83 up to £140 per classic car, most of which seat two people.

Head to Eventbrite to book.
